Foundation system shall be an integrated monolithic structure combining both the equipment mounting surface and traditional concrete elevation pad. System shall be cast to finished height and require no field trimming/grinding. Equipment mounting surfaces shall have a coplanar flatness of 0.002 in/ft. or less. All equipment inserts will be reinforced to prevent any possibility of pull-out or rotation due to excess torque. Structure to be constructed of an internally reinforced (rebar) thick walled corrosion resistant polymer concrete designed to withstand applicable environment. Foundation should be provided in final design height within +/- 0.250” (6 mm). Internal leveling provisions along with four integrated visual indicators shall be required. A grounding lug shall be present on motor end of foundation as standard end with conductivity connection to both the pump and motor. Inserts designed as provisions for side lifting lugs are standard for all design heights exceeding 12.00” tall (30 mm). Optional items such as integrated drip pans, fill/vent ports, motor mounting pads with alignment functions, and laser installation provisions available.
