BaseTek is proud to now offer Bridges@Work to our employees through the United Way of Geauga County.
We hope this will become a valuable resource to help with day-to-day or long term personal needs. The program is designed to allow employers, such as BaseTek, to provide resources to help their employees deal with any personal issues they may be experiencing.
Bridges@Work is an enhancement to traditional employee assistance programs built on collaboration. It helps Geauga County-based employers retain workforces, while improving the lives of its employees and providing peace of mind for both, according to its members.
